A personal size (4.5"-5") baker's choice seasonal fruit pie of the week. Ingredients vary, but all pies made with organic and local (when available) fruit, organic sugar, our blend of gluten free flours, organic psyllium husk powder, baking powder, organic apple cider vinegar, organic palm shortening, organic tapioca, homemade vanilla extract, sea salt. Some pies contain organic spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. Varieties include, but not limited to: peach, strawberry peach, cherry, apple, strawberry rhubarb, blueberry, blackberry, blackberry mango, mixed berry, strawberry pineapple mango, pumpkin and pecan.
